Technical Mouldings operates a Quality management System which complies with the requirements of BS EN IS09001:2008, at the heart of which is the company's Quality policy; to achieve a quality of product as required by our customers at a price that is both competitive and profitable for the company and the customer, and to seek customer satisfaction through the application and continuous improvement and communication with all our customers.
To do this we aim to provide products and services that meet and exceed customer expectations by manufacturing and delivering reliable products that operate error-free according to the agreed form, fit and function. We strive to deliver quality products on time, every time and to provide interim solutions for late deliveries whenever possible, keeping the customer informed to delivery expectations.
We endeavor to promote effective two-way communication to enable customers to easily obtain assistance, conduct business and voice concerns. We aim to ensure that concerns are addressed promptly, effectively and completely providing feedback to the customer until a satisfactory resolution of the concern is achieved.
